ABOUT ME
I hold a Level 5 Higher Professional Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy (LC&CTA, London) and I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their ethical framework.
(BACP Registered Member: MBACP 408634)
I’m passionate about diversity and recognise each client as the individual human being that they are. Alongside running my own private practice working with adults and young clients, I’ve worked with a community counselling service, a low-cost online counselling service specialising in addiction and recovery, and I am currently working at a Performing Arts school for 14-18 year olds. I’ve also worked as a skills tutor at LC&CTA to support counsellors in training to develop their practice.
I feel so privileged that my clients have allowed me into their inner world and trusted me with their experiences and feelings.
I work with clients across a wide range of issues including:
Anxiety
Depression
Stress
Self-esteem
Relationships
Trauma
Work
Women’s issues
Parenting
Bereavement and Grief
Health
Addiction and recovery
Life transitions and personal development
